General conditions
The prices are for the whole chalet per night for 2 people. For each additional person we charge a supplement of € 30.00 per night. For children between 3 and 9,99 years we charge a supplement of € 15.00 per night. Children up to 2,99 years stay for free.
For stays of less than 4 nights we charge a surcharge of 10%.
The prices do not include the tourist tax of € 2.70 per person and day (over 14 years).
Prices include: VAT, water, heating, electricity, covered parking area, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, WI-FI, wood for the fireplace, ski / bike storage with boot dryer, free use of our e-bikes. For the use of the wellness area we provide our fluffy bathrobes, slippers and sauna towels. On request we also provide baby equipment (baby cot, baby chair).
Additional paid services: washer / dryer, breakfast basket, electric vehicle charging, use of our hut at Passo delle Erbe (from june until october).
Reservation and confirmation deposit:
The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit agreed and the receipt of our written confirmation.

Check-in and check-out:
Check-in: from 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. (after 8 p.m. upon prior agreement).
Check-out: till 10 a.m.
Travel insurance:
We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance when you book your holiday. The insurance covers cancellation fees, so that you can look forward to your holiday without worrying.
Pets:
Have understanding if we don't accept pets. Future guests will be grateful to you.
No smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the chalet.
Visits:
Visits by people who do not stay at Chalet Batacör are not allowed.

Payment modes:
The accommodation bill can be paid:
- by cash (for total amount up to € 4,999.99) or by credit or debit card the day before departure
- by bank transfer - in this case the payment should occure before your arrival
- More than 3 months before arrival, no penalty (the deposit is retained);
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, cancellation penalty 40% of the total price of your stay;
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, cancellation penalty 70% of the total price of your stay;
- 1 week before arrival and less, cancellation penalty 90% of the total price of your stay;
